Marine Gateway is a 480,000 square foot, multi-use office, retail and condo complex in Vancouver, British Columbia. Working with a local development partner, Triovest acquired the site on behalf of two Canadian pension plans. Built to meet the LEED® Gold standard, the property is integrated with the Canada Line rapid transit station and adjacent to the South Vancouver bus loop, offering visitors, tenants and residents a variety of sustainable transit options.
