Opening hours must fall between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed.
No loud music or disruptive noise.
No permanent alterations to walls, ceiling, or floors.
Temporary hooks/adhesives allowed if fully removable.
Exterior signage must be non-permanent and approved in advance.
No drilling or heavy construction.
Tenant must keep the space clean and return it in the same condition.
Trash must be bagged and disposed of daily.
Insurance required for duration of rental (COI).
All fire safety rules must be followed.
